Do you take a percentage of volume?
No. You pay for a plan that includes a monthly transaction allowance, then a flat fee per transaction beyond it. How much money moves through doesn’t change what you pay.
What currency do we pay in?
Everything is priced and settled in USDT.
What counts as a “token” in a plan?
Each token on each chain counts once — USDT on TRON and USDC on Solana are two tokens, for example. Beyond your plan’s allowance, each extra token is billed monthly at its chain’s tier rate.
How are private keys handled?
Keys are stored encrypted, with the master key held separately from the database, never in plain text. The Enterprise plan supports private deployment.
