Terms of Service

Effective date: 2026-10-23

1. Scope

These terms apply to your use (“Merchant”, “you”) of the website, dashboard, APIs and related services provided by PQPA (“PQPA”, “we”, “us”). By signing up for, being onboarded to, or using the services, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.

2. The services

PQPA provides technical services for receiving and sending digital assets across multiple blockchains, including deposit address allocation, payment detection and notification, sweeping, withdrawals, webhooks and dashboard management.

The networks, tokens and features available to you are those shown in the dashboard and set out in your agreement with us. We may adjust them for technical or compliance reasons.

3. Accounts and security

You are responsible for keeping your dashboard credentials, passwords, two-factor devices and API keys safe. Losses caused by failing to do so are your responsibility.

If you notice anything unusual with your account or keys, notify us immediately and rotate your keys.

4. Acceptable use

You must ensure that your business and the source of your funds are lawful, and comply with the laws and regulations of every jurisdiction your business operates in or reaches. You may not use the services for money laundering, fraud, gambling (where it is unlawful locally) or any other illegal activity.

Where a transaction appears risky, we may take necessary measures, such as flagging it or suspending the relevant services.

5. Fees

Fees follow the plan and pricing agreed between us. If our pricing changes, we will let you know in advance.

6. On-chain transactions

Once confirmed, blockchain transactions generally cannot be reversed. You are responsible for checking the receiving address, amount and network. If funds are lost because of a wrong address or network, we will do what we can to help, but cannot guarantee recovery.

Confirmation times depend on network conditions. We are not responsible for congestion, forks or failures of the underlying blockchains.

7. Changes, interruptions and termination

If the service is interrupted for maintenance, upgrades or force majeure, we will try to give advance notice and restore it as quickly as possible.

If you breach these terms, we may suspend or terminate the services.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or loss of profit, and our total liability is limited to the service fees you actually paid in the twelve months before the relevant event, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with its effective date. Continuing to use the services means you accept the updated terms.

10. Contact
